Worship Resources
As well as the teaching during our Sunday services, at St Nick’s we offer occasional courses, bible studies and other forms of Christian education, particularly during Advent and Lent.
For children we have Children’s Church during the Parish Mass on Sunday, and child-focused activites at major feasts. We admit children to Holy Communion from around age 7 after a programme of preparation.
The Church of England website offers a very usable form of Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer each day, complete with bible readings and psalms. Both contemporary (Common Worship) and traditional (1662) forms are available. If you commute by public transport, why not print Morning Prayer and read the service on the way to work?
