Fiachra Garvey presents a programme inspired by Cities. Beginning with the mythical city of Y’s in Debussy’s La Cathédrale Engloutie, we move to the Isle of Cythera for the Romantic L’isle Joyeuse. Next to the authentic district of Triana in Seville, before heading east to the Gates of Kiev in Mussorgsky’s gargantuan Pictures at an Exhibition.
