Dear Friends

It was wonderful to see so many of you in church on Sunday morning. I was deeply touched by your presence and thanks. I thought I would include a quote from a member of our congregation which I think sums up Sunday’s worship beautifully.

“I wanted to say how really lovely last Sunday’s service was. I found it very emotional and it was so special to be able to be together again, sing and see and feel a buzz in the church. “

I’m not going to quote Churchill. It’s not the end of anything, or for that matter the beginning of something new. It is an affirmation of our life in Christ and our commitment to each other and our community. It is a place and a moment from which we can, by the grace of God, grow.
